IQX (www.iqx.io) is a cryptocurrency exchange platform (hereinafter the “Platform”) providing users with instant buy and sell services for digital assets. The Platform serves registered users (hereinafter “Users”) in accordance with these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Users and the Platform.
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform’s services, Users acknowledge that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and any amendments published by the Platform. Users who do not agree must immediately stop using the Platform.
For convenience, IQX may be referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us.” Users may be referred to as “you.” Collectively, both parties may be referred to as the “Parties.”
Chapter 1: Definitions
- Agreement: These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, and other rules or guidelines published by the Platform.
- Digital Assets: Supported cryptocurrencies available on the Platform, currently including the top 50 assets (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), with additional assets to be added gradually.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond the Platform’s control (system outages, government actions, internet disruptions, war, natural disasters, etc.).
- Affiliate: Any company directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with IQX.
Chapter 2: Basic Terms
- IQX provides an instant buy and sell service for supported digital assets. We do not currently offer futures trading, P2P, or order book-based matching.
- Services include: digital asset conversion (IQD ↔ crypto), secure wallet infrastructure, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws.
- IQX reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
Chapter 3: User Registration
- Users must register to access services. Individuals must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- Users must complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a national ID or passport, and a live selfie.
- All information provided must be accurate and up to date. Funds used for transactions must come from legitimate sources.
- Users from jurisdictions subject to international sanctions may not register.
Chapter 4: Services Provided
- Instant Buy/Sell: Users can instantly convert IQD to supported cryptocurrencies, and vice versa, at displayed rates.
- Supported Assets: Currently top 50 coins, with more to be added.
- Wallet Services: Custodial wallets for storing supported digital assets, with cold storage measures for security.
- Fiat Services: IQD deposits/withdrawals via bank transfer, Zain Cash, QiCard, or supported debit/credit cards.
Chapter 5: Fees
- Service fees are displayed before each transaction and are subject to change.
- Additional third-party fees (bank charges, blockchain network fees, etc.) may apply.
- Users are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.
Chapter 6: Account Security
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- IQX is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.
- Accounts found to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or high-risk activity may be suspended or terminated.
Chapter 7: User Obligations
- Users must not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or illegal transactions.
- Users may not trade on behalf of third parties or sell their accounts.
- Any violation may result in account suspension, legal action, and confiscation of illicit gains.
Chapter 8: Risks
- Digital assets are highly volatile. Users may lose part or all of their investment.
- IQX does not guarantee price stability, profits, or uninterrupted service.
- Changes in external inevitable factors may restrict or suspend services without notice.
Chapter 9: Limitation of Liability
- IQX shall not be liable for losses caused by:
- Market volatility or user decisions
- Technical failures, force majeure events, or network disruptions
- Inevitable external factors or access restrictions
- IQX’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User for the relevant transaction.
Chapter 10: Termination
- Users may close their accounts by withdrawing funds and submitting a termination request.
- IQX may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of this Agreement or compliance reasons.
- Termination does not exempt Users from responsibility for past breaches.
Chapter 11: Privacy & Data Protection
- IQX collects and processes personal data in compliance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- User data may be shared with partners, or affiliates as required for compliance or operations.
- IQX protects personal data with security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
Chapter 12: Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by IQX or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or use Platform content without written authorization.
Chapter 13: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Iraq.
- Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in jurisdiction which IQX prefer.
Chapter 14: Final Provisions
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between IQX and Users.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
- IQX reserves the ultimate right of interpretation of these Terms of Use.
